Dave-bot 3000 Quests
To begin the Dave-bot 3000 Quests, speak with Dave-bot 3000 through the small hole in the garage door. He will tell you to first find the remote to open the garage. Follow the objective marker to the hot dog stand and clear the nearby zombies. Pick up the remote from the stand and return to the garage to meet Dave-bot 3000. Speak with him to start the first L.E.A.F. Quest.

Grumpy Stumpy
The first quest is to locate Grumpy. He is a Big Stump plant boss that is stuck by the Zombie base. Find him and escort him back to the Plant base.
You will come across a few Zombies and a Gargantuar along the way. Stick close to Grumpy and make sure his health doesn't get too low. Grumpy will defeat some Zombies on his own, but that doesn't mean you should hold back. Use any plant you like to help break through enemy lines.
Secret Plan Shoes
The next quest is basically half of a Garden Ops game. Pick three other Plants to help you out in this game mode. You can then hot swap to them during the game if you are knocked out or you simply want to use a different type of plant. Use a Cactus to set down potato mines and tallnuts, use a Sunflower to heal the team, and choose whichever other two Plants you like. Remember to plant Spawnable Plants in the pots near the garden. If you don't have any, they can be purchased from the Sticker Shop in between games for 2,500 coins.

The first three waves of the game are pretty simple; you will come across normal zombies like usual. On the fourth wave, you will fight a zombie horde and a Gargantuar. Use your strongest abilities and aim for the head to deal the most damage. If you're in trouble, hot swap to another character. Clearing the fourth wave will complete the quest.
The Flag of Power
This quest is mainly a game of defense. Raise the flag on the flag pole and stay within the green circle. If you leave the green circle, the zombies will begin lowering the flag. Keep an eye on the meter at the top of the screen. If the flag is lowered all the way, you will lose the game.
Dave will drop in crates throughout this quest. When you see one, quickly break it open to get an AI plant character to help you out. They will make things much easier. You can also plant some spawnable plants in the pots near the flag. Remember, you can buy spawnable plants and zombies in the cheapest sticker pack from the sticker shop. Fend off a few waves of zombies to complete the quest.
Now that you have the flag of power, you can raise it in the backyard battleground at any time. Complete a boss wave there to earn the It's My Island achievement / trophy.

Fireworks of the Ancients
This quest is another game of Garden Ops. Choose four plants to defend the garden. It's best to use a Sunflower to heal the team and a Cactus to set up some defenses. The other two can be whichever plants you like. Set up some spawnable plants in the nearby pots, and survive five waves.
A zombie boss named Zen Sensei will appear during the fifth wave. Zen Sensei is a karate master zombie. He is very quick and will use his karate attacks up close. If you're too far, he will use an explosive ball attack. Once his health gets low, he will create three duplicates of himself.
Boom Tombs
In this quest you must destroy three tombstones around the backyard battleground. Fight your way through a handful of zombies on your way towards these tombstones. If you get knocked out, you can respawn a few seconds later and keep going. Place fireworks at each of the three tombstones to blow them up. Keep firing your primary weapon as you place the fireworks so you don't get overrun by zombies.
After destroying the three tombstones, use the nearby cannon to fly into the zombie base. If you haven't gone into the zombie stat room as a plant yet, do it now to earn the Corn Identity achievement / trophy.

For the final part of the quest, you must defeat the Disco Zombie. The Disco Zombie attacks with a fully automatic weapon that fires lasers. If you get too close, he will use a spinning melee attack, which also repels damage. This zombie dances a bit while walking around, making it one of the slower boss zombies. He will also summon some backup dancer zombies to help him out.
Complete the quest to earn the Just Sprouted achievement / trophy. Speak to the Dave-bot to get a badge and an orb. Use the orb on one of the three orb statues in the back of the plant base for the next part of the story quests. A portal will open that will lead you to either Agent Corn, Agent Rose, or Agent Citron.
